Where is our headshot studio located?
Our dedicated headshot studio is located inside the 5th Street Arcades in Downtown Cleveland, with access from both Euclid and Prospect Avenues.
The studio includes a private dressing room with a few essentials to help you get ready for your session.
Where do I park in Downtown Cleveland?
We recommend the parking garage at The Beacon, located behind Potbelly Sandwich Shop and just a short walk from the studio.
Parking rates can change during downtown events, so we’ll include current parking information with your session details.
What if I hate having my picture taken?
You’re not alone. You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands, as I’ll be your mirror during the session.
I’ll guide you through body positioning and expression, down to the smallest adjustments that can make a big difference in the final results. You’re in good hands.
What are Experience Points used for?
Experience Points, or EXP for short, can be used toward additional images, rush delivery, and other options. EXP gives you the flexibility to choose the services that matter to you most.
Experience Points are included in our Signature and VIP Experiences instead of locking you into a predetermined package. Learn more about EXP
Will my selected headshots be edited?
Every final image you select is professionally edited and retouched to give you a polished and professional look.
Standard delivery is typically within a few days, with rush services available. Signature & VIP clients can use their EXP for rush production or advanced retouching when you need your images sooner or have a specific editing request.
