Since its inception, he’s donated thousands of headshots at job fairs & hiring events across NE Ohio.

“Losing a job can take a toll on one’s mental health. I provide complementary headshots because I’ve seen how the work uplifts others,” says DeMayne.
“It’s more than a picture. It’s an opportunity to empower people, build confidence, and help them stand tall in times of adversity,” he adds.

79% of those surveyed said they overlook candidates without a picture on their LinkedIn profile.
